We collect information you provide when using our ride-hailing service, including your name, email address, phone number, and location data necessary to facilitate rides. Drivers additionally provide vehicle information and photo identification.
Your information is used solely to provide and improve our ride services. This includes matching riders with drivers, processing ride requests, displaying your name and photo to matched riders/drivers for safety purposes, and sending ride status notifications.
We collect your GPS location while the app is in use to enable ride matching, live tracking, and navigation. Driver locations are shared with their matched rider in real-time during an active trip. Location data is not stored beyond the duration of an active ride.
We do not sell your personal information. Your name and photo may be shared with your matched driver or rider for safety and identification. Administrators may access ride data for operational and safety purposes only.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communications are encrypted in transit. Photo IDs and personal data are stored securely and access is restricted to authorized personnel.
When you use the panic/emergency feature, your location, ride details, and contact information are shared with app administrators to facilitate emergency response. This data is retained until the emergency is resolved.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the app or by requesting account deletion in your profile settings.
